Return, Exchange And Cancellation

We Want Customers To Be Happy, And We Want You To Love What You Ordered, But If Something Isn’t Right, Let Us Know. We’ll Give You An Exchange On That Piece In Another Color, A Different Size, Or An Entirely New Style (If They Meet The Below Conditions). In The Unlikely Event That Any Merchandise You Have Ordered From Us Is Not Received In Good Condition, Is Damaged Or Defective, Or If Merchandise Delivered Is Different From What You Had Ordered, You May Return The Merchandise Unused, And In The Same Condition As You Received It, In Its Original Packaging With Original Tags, For An Exchange, Within 7 Days From The Date On Which These Goods Are Delivered. Once Received, The Customer Care Team Will See If All Conditions Are Met, Your Credit/Exchange Would Be Processed.

Please Note:

1)      Products Once Delivered Cannot Be Returned. It Can Only Be Exchanged For Another Product Or Store Credit.

2)      Items Will Be Considered For Store Credit/Exchange Only If It Is Unused And With All Tags Still Attached. Returns That Are Damaged Or Soiled May Not Be Accepted And May Be Sent Back To The Customer. Please Inform Our Customer Care Department In The Event Of Any Goods/Products Are Delivered Without Tags.

3)      Where Provided, Any Accessories (As Gifts) And Any Designer Packaging, Should Be Included With Your Return

4)      All Custom-Made Orders Are Non-Returnable.

5)      No Exchanges On Discounted Or Merchandise Sold On Special Offers.

6)      During Covid Times, Due To Hygiene Issue Few Category Of Products Might Not Qualify For Exchanges Or Returns.

7)      Returns/Refunds Would Only Be Accepted If Goods Received Are Defective, Spurious, Not As Advertised/Agreed Upon Or Delivered Later Than Stated Delivery Date. 

8) To Avail Any Kind Of Exchanges Or Returns, An Opening Video Of The Package Is Mandatory, Without Which No Exchanges Or Returns Requests Will Be Accepted. The Video Should Not Be Edited, Should Not Be Stopped In Between, And Should Clearly Show The Problem With The Product.

Please Note: The Opening Video Is Mandatory For Any Product To Be Eligible For Returns.

Please Await A Mail Confirmation From Our End For Initiating The Return, We Request You To Self-Ship It At Our Address.

Pack Your Return Securely, In The Original Package If Possible, And Courier The Parcel Back To Us. Details Will Be Shared In The Email.

Unfortunately, At This Moment, We Do Not Permit Any Returns Or Exchanges For International Orders, Unless The Product Is Damaged Or Defective, Or If Merchandise Delivered Is Different From What You Had Ordered.

In An Exceptional Case To Case Basis, If A Customer Can Facilitate The Return Of Goods In India, At An Address From Where A Pickup Can Be Arranged Through Our Courier Partner Bluedart, Within 90 Days From Merchandise Delivery, We Are Happy To Facilitate An Exchange For The Customer. Shipping Charges May Be Applicable In Case, Exchanged Merchandise Requires International Shipping
